The seventh annual “Classic at Baywood Greens” is scheduled to take place Wednesday, June 6, at the championship golf course of Baywood Greens, seven miles west of Route 1 on John J. Williams Highway.
This popular event raises funds for the Robert & Eolyne Tunnell Cancer Center of Beebe Medical Center, furthering the Cancer Center’s mission of providing hope and wellness to its patients. Last year’s tournament raised $30,000 in support of Tunnell Cancer Center.
Cancer survivor and national figure Sarah Brady is serving as the Honorary Chair of the event, a role she has held since the Classic’s inception.
Baywood Greens Golf Course and Clubhouse is the Classic Sponsor again. Single players are $175 and foursomes are $700. Entry fees include the greens fee, warm-up, contests, golf cart, GPS, breakfast, lunch, on course refreshments, thank you gift, door prizes and awards.
To register for the tournament, or for sponsorship information, please contact Drew Walls, WSFS Bank, (302) 644-9936, or Beth Salaman, Beebe Medical Foundation Event Coordinator (302) 644-2951, ext. 16.
