Respiratory Treatments

Beebe Healthcare offers a variety of minimally invasive procedures to improve your respiratory health, including:

Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) is a minimally invasive procedure used in the diagnosis of lung cancer, infections, and other diseases causing enlarged lymph nodes in the chest.

Navigational bronchoscopy finds and reaches tumors located in the periphery of the lungs.

Pulmonary Program

Pulmonary rehabilitation is an exercise and education program designed with you in mind. The program aims to help you increase your stamina and endurance. Our specialized team will help you better understand your pulmonary disease in a safe atmosphere where you are monitored at all times by a medical team. Once you complete the base pulmonary rehab program, you enter our maintenance program and can continue using the facility as long as you like. Better Breathers Support Group
Third Wednesday of Each Month from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Lewes Public Library
A support group for those with pulmonary diseases. Information on pulmonary disease and treatments is presented by respiratory therapists, physicians, dietitians, and pharmacists. Attendees suggest topics to discuss. For information, call 302-645-3298.
