Local Resources

  • CAMP Rehoboth seeks to promote community well-being on all levels; to foster the development of community groups; to develop community space; to promote human and civil rights; to work against prejudice and discrimination; to lessen tensions among the community at large; and to help foster the economic growth of the area. Beebe Healthcare partners with CAMP Rehoboth for health screenings, health fairs, and a wide range of health services. Beebe has been a proud supporter of the organization for more than 10 years.
  • PFLAG Rehoboth Beach (Parents, Families, and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) provides the opportunity to discuss sexual orientation and gender identity, and acts to create a society that is respectful of human diversity. Please visit their website for the latest meeting dates and times.
  • The Rehoboth TransLiance is a social group for all transgender people, their partners, family, allies, and friends to network, learn, grow, and come together socially in safe, trans friendly venues. The site was designed and founded for those seeking gender confirmation and open to all who have a supporting interest in the community.   • Mazzoni Center- (Philadelphia) Provides quality comprehensive health and wellness services in an LGBTQ-focused environment, while preserving the dignity and improving the quality of life of the individuals they serve. 
  • Free State Legal- (Baltimore) A legal advocacy organization that seeks to improve the lives of low-income lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (“LGBTQ”) Marylanders. Legal challenges facing the community include harassment, complex family law issues, and anti-LGBTQ discrimination in employment, housing, foster care, healthcare and public accommodations.
  • Whitman-Walker Health- (Washington, DC) Offers medical, behavioral health and other supportive services, in a manner that honors community members.
  • Chase Brexton- (Maryland) Offers behavioral health services and programs will help community members manage their behavioral well-being, so you can thrive. Patients of all ages, races, genders, gender identities, religions, sexual orientations, ethnicities, and socioeconomic statuses should expect and will receive high quality, compassionate care.
