Beebe’s Breastfeeding Basics Virtual Class

Join us for a free 2-hour breastfeeding class, taught by one of our board certified lactation consultants. Many topics will be discussed, including the benefits of breastfeeding and importance of skin-to-skin contact, breast anatomy, recognizing feeding cues, positioning and latch techniques, how to tell if baby is getting enough milk, selecting a breast pump, returning to work, and what to expect when you deliver your baby at Beebe – a Baby-Friendly hospital. This class is held the first Thursday of every month, and participants only need to attend one class. Please call to register. Classes are also held in person every other month.
