Join other Mommas-to-be for a group-based educational class to learn about maternal mental health, self-care, and available resources. You will also have a chance to create your own postpartum wellness plan! Pregnant moms in their third trimester (28 weeks or more) who are planning to deliver at Beebe Healthcare are eligible for this class. Only one session registration is required. Note: There are virtual and in-person sessions available.
