Bayside Fitness Center Spring Fling

Please join the Population Health Community Outreach nurses at Bayside Fitness Center for their Spring Fling!  The outreach nurses will be providing free health screenings that include blood pressure, blood sugar, total cholesterol, bone density and body mass index. No registration is required.

There will also be other vendors present such as LifeMed, crafts, art, soaps and children's activities.
