Mobile Clinic- Boys & Girls Club, Seaford

The Mobile Health Clinic is operated by Beebe's Community Outreach team in partnership with Beebe Behavioral Health. With a focus on addressing both behavioral and physical health needs, as well as social needs of patients, this mobile clinic enables specialized team members to reach underserved communities and individuals who may experience challenges when accessing care. 

The Mobile Health Clinic will have a Behavioral Health Support Team including Nurse, Peer Support, and Social Service Support to help facilitate referrals to appropriate services and programs, perform health screenings and health education.
