Be WELL: Staying Well

Offered as part of our Be Well Beyond Cancer Survivorship Series. The classes are designed to help you move forward with your care after cancer treatment.
Class Description:
Care for people with cancer does not end when active treatment does. After cancer treatment ends, you will continue to see your healthcare team. They will regularly monitor you for signs of cancer, manage any side effects and/or symptoms, and guide your overall health.
Participating in follow-up care helps many survivors feel in control as they transition back into their everyday lives. Keeping a medical support system in place is essential for maintaining physical and emotional health. This class will focus on navigating your follow-up care after treatment.
