Beebe Outreach registered nurses are on hand at the Epworth Food Pantry drive through to teach people how to reverse an opioid overdose with Narcan. The kits also include fentanyl testing kits. Epworth is located at 19285 Holland Glade Road in Rehoboth Beach.
