ABOUT THE DOCTOR
Scott Schulze, MD, is a board certified general surgeon specializing in surgery of the hand with Orthopaedic Associates, affiliated with Beebe Healthcare. He received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in general surgery at Seton Hall University in New Jersey. Following residency, Dr. Schulze pursued specialty training as a Burn Fellow at Southern Illinois University, under Dr. Bradon Wilhelmi and Dr. Michael Neumeister. He followed his burn fellowship with a hand and microvascular fellowship under Dr. Michael Neumeister, Dr Robert Russel, Dr Elvin Zook, and others at the same institution. He is the only fellowship trained hand and upper extremity surgeon offering wrist replacement surgery on the Eastern Shore. He specializes in treatment of nerve compression and injuries of the peripheral nerves, tendon injuries, management of arthritis, fractures, tendinopathies, sports related injuries, and all facets of upper extremity pathology.
