ABOUT THE PROVIDER

Tracy Harach, MSN, NNP-BC, is a neonatal nurse practitioner who is part of the Women’s Health team at Beebe Healthcare. She provides emergent care to newborn babies in need of specialized medical attention, and supports families as they transition from the hospital to home. A passionate educator, Tracy teaches the principles of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program and the STABLE Program to bedside nurses and other neonatal care providers. Her work ensures the highest level of care for newborns and new mothers.
Education, Training, and Credentialing
Tracy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware, where she was also a member of the National Student Nurses Association. Additionally, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing through the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Tracy is a member of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses, the National Association of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, and the Association of Neonatal Nurses.
Earlier Work Experiences
Tracy’s experience in neonatal care spans over 25 years. She began her career as a staff nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington and later worked in the neonatal intensive care and labor and delivery units at Christiana Hospital in Newark. She also served as a Level III/IV neonatal nurse practitioner at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Nemours-AI Dupont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, and Chester County Hospital in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Additioanlly, Tracy served as a maternal/child health clinical instructor at the Drexel School of Nursing, the Thomas Jefferson University School of Nursing, and the University of Pennsylvania.
Personal Interests
Tracy’s roots in Delaware run deep, as she was born and raised in the state and her two sons have also studied at the University of Delaware. In her time, she enjoys boating and fishing in the Delaware bays, and spending time with family and frineds on the local sandbars. Recognizing the stellar reputation of Beebe neonatal intensive care program, Tracy is proud to be practicing in her home state, for an organization that is committed to quality care.
