Beebe Healthcare Building Maintenance to Slightly Alter Lewes Campus Traffic

A crane will arrive Friday evening to Beebe Healthcare’s Margaret H. Rollins Lewes Campus that will slightly alter the flow of traffic until Saturday night.

Beginning 8 p.m. Friday, April 18, the patient drop off and pickup circle will be closed at the east entrance of the hospital. The emergency department entrance will not be affected. Care team members will contact patients about discharge location.

For those exiting the Lewes Campus, the lane leading to Savannah Road will also be closed to traffic. Anyone leaving will be directed to use the exit onto West Fourth Street or Market Street.

Entrance to the Campus off of Savannah Road will remain open for patients, visitors, and emergency vehicles. Beebe Public Safety and Delaware State Fire Police will help direct traffic in the lot.

All lanes will reopen approximately 4 p.m. Saturday, April 19, pending weather and any unforeseen delays.
