Beebe Healthcare to Present Advanced Illness Planning Presentations at CHEER Centers

THURSDAY, APRIL 11, 2019

Beebe Healthcare will be holding presentations on Advanced Illness Planning at the CHEER Centers.

The presentation is called “Life…Be Proactive” and is free to the public. In addition to the short presentation, there will be a question and answer session, free Advance Directive packets, and informational brochures. If you or a loved one needs an Advance Directive or have been diagnosed with a serious chronic illness such as COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), Heart Failure, Dementia, Chronic Kidney Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, or Stage IV Cancer, this information session will be very beneficial.

You will learn of how to connect with resources that will be useful to you, your loved one, and/or your family. Our Advanced Care Planning Team can help you or your loved one have the highest quality of life while preparing for the future.
