International thought leader Michael Russer to speak at Beebe Healthcare’s free Men’s Health dinner event

Men’s Health is an important topic that we all should pay close attention to. Did you know that the broad phrase “Men’s Health” covers fitness, dietary regimen, sexuality, mental acuity, emotional stability, and more? All of these facets contribute in a positive way to our overall health and wellbeing.

Join Beebe Healthcare for a free dinner (cash bar available) on Friday, September 16, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Cape Henlopen Elks Lodge #2540 in Lewes. Women are welcome.

Keynote speaker Michael Russer, an international thought leader, will discuss intimacy and health. Michael is a prostate cancer survivor whose mission it is to help men, women and couples achieve extraordinary intimacy in their relationships. He speaks openly and tells his own story to illustrate. Don’t miss this insightful speaker!

Richard Paul, MD, urologist, and Owen Thomas, MD, radiation oncologist, both members of the Beebe Medical staff, will lead a men's health discussion where you can have your questions answered.

Though there is no cost for the evening, registration is required. There is limited seating so sign up early. When registering a couple for dinner, please be sure to reserve two tickets. To register, go to https://starttheconversation.eventbrite.com/.

The evening will include free health screenings and a complimentary swag bag. All participants will also be entered for a chance to win a romantic getaway. For additional information, please call Debbie Campbell, RN, MSN, cancer screening nurse navigator, at Beebe Healthcare, (302) 645-3169.
