The Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing at Beebe Healthcare is pleased to announce that Marissa Malone, a senior nursing student residing in Harbeson, is the recipient of the Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing Scholarship.

She has accepted a position at Beebe Healthcare upon graduation in May. The School of Nursing Scholarship is awarded to students annually in the amount of $1,000 scholarships as monies are available and upon recommendation from the Student Services Committee.

Over 500 donors have contributed to this General Scholarship Fund in support of Beebe Healthcare’s nursing program.

The Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing at Beebe Healthcare is the only hospital-based nursing program in Delaware and is accredited by The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). The diploma in Professional Nursing is awarded at the completion of the curriculum, qualifying graduates to be eligible for National Council of State Boards of Nursing NCLEX examination, leading to licensure as a registered nurse.  Beebe graduates consistently have high NCLEX pass rates.

Visit the School of Nursing webpage for more information on the program.
