Pain Linx Support Group to Discuss How Yoga Can Help with Chronic Back Pain, September 12

Are you living with chronic lower back pain? Did you know that, for many, yoga helps alleviate the pain?

Kate Fitzgerald, RYT, LMT, owner and instructor at Involution Yoga in Lewes, will speak at the Tuesday, September 12, Pain Linx Support Group, on the mounting evidence that shows yoga is an effective therapy for people living with chronic lower back pain.

Fitzgerald will discuss the overall benefits of yoga and teach participants about different types of yoga practices that may offer benefits for individuals with lower back pain. She will also be available to answer any questions you may have about the practice of yoga and whether it is a good fit for you.

Join us, Tuesday September 12, at 2 p.m. at the Lewes Public Library, 111 Adams Avenue.
