Think Beyond Pink Conference Set for October 20

STAY TUNED FOR NEWS ON OUR 2019 EVENT!

Think Beyond Pink—a women’s breast health and wellness conference—hosted by Beebe Healthcare’s Women’s & Children’s Services and Tunnell Cancer Center, is set to take place on Saturday, October 20, 2018, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the South Coastal Library.

“Think Beyond Pink is a day aimed at bringing women in our community together to focus on their health and wellness,” said Judith Ramirez, EdD, Manager of Oncology Population Health at Tunnell Cancer Center. “Women in particular often face the difficulty of making time for self-care due to pressures and demands of word, family, and community. At this event, you will be empowered to make lasting changes for a happier and healthier life, and connect in conversation with Beebe physicians and other health resource partners.”

It is free to attend, however registration is required. RSVP online: Think Beyond Pink.

Event Speakers will discuss:

• health issues women may encounter with aging & menopause
• women’s cardiac health
• developing a wellness practice and yoga

Connect with women in your community and learn ways to take charge of your health. Enjoy yoga, wellness activities, free health information and community resources, and giveaways.
