Pay Your Beebe Healthcare Bill

Use the below button to pay your Beebe Healthcare bill using our secure online ePayment Service. This Service is to pay those bills incurred while using Beebe Healthcare facilities.

You may have additional bills for vendor services or through Beebe Medical Group for services rendered at Beebe Walk-In or primary care/specialty offices. For Beebe Medical Group bills, please scroll down.

Beebe Healthcare accepts and bills all insurance companies; however each insurance plan offers different benefits and coverage. Therefore you will need to contact your insurance provider/carrier to find out the specific type of benefits they provide under your plan when receiving services at Beebe Healthcare.

Our online ePayment service enables you to pay patient bills quickly, securely and conveniently. Beebe ePayments accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, or DEBIT your bank account.

You do not need to be enrolled in the service in order to make a payment. If you are not enrolled in our online system, you must have your patient account number available in order to make a payment.

Please Note:

If enrolling, you need to enter your name exactly as it appears on your statement, in the top left corner, under the Beebe Healthcare logo using all upper case letters. Payments made after 3 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day. On your bank statement, your payment description will identify Beebe Healthcare.

Coronavirus Billing Notice

Screening for Coronavirus may include tests, in addition to the test specific for detection of COVID 19. According to federal guidelines, the test for COVID 19 is to be covered 100% with no cost to the patient. Beebe Healthcare is closely monitoring claims processed by Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance payers for patient balances.

After close review of patient accounts, statements for patient responsibility will be released to the patient for coinsurance and deductibles. The patient responsibility amounts have been determined by your insurance company when your claim was processed. These patient liability amounts may be associated with other services received during a visit in which screening or treatment for COVID 19 occurred. If you should receive a statement that you do not understand please reach out to your insurance company for an explanation.
