Brianna Brancato, MSPAS, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant who specializes in gastroenterology at Beebe Healthcare. She treats adult patients diagnosed with a wide range of acute and chronic gastrointestinal issues. Brianna plays an essential role as patients seek treatment aimed toward managing symptoms and improving their quality of life. She reviews medical history, conducts physical exams, orders and interprets diagnostic testing, and supports the development of treatment plans, customized to the unique needs of each patient.  Brianna also emphasizes the importance and value of patient education.

Education, Training, and Credentialing

Brianna earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Slippery Rock University. While pursuing that degree, she had the opportunity to gain exposure to many areas of medicine, with clinical rotations across 10 subspecialties. Before that, Brianna completed a Bachelor of Science in Biological Studies at Shippensburg University.

Earlier Work Experiences

Prior to joining Beebe, Brianna worked as a Physician Assistant focused on gastroenterology care at U.S. Digestive Health (formerly known as Essential Healthcare Group).

Personal Notes

Brianna is a former Division I and Division II collegiate soccer player. Although she did not grow up in Sussex County, her family is deeply rooted in the community. Her sister is also employed at Beebe, her father is a cardiologist who also practices in Delaware, and her husband, Corey, is a local law enforcement officer. Brianna is mom to two children, Wesley and Nora, and two dogs, Waylon and Willie. The family enjoys being outdoors and taking advantage of what their local community has to offer.
