Which Portal Should I Use?


Patient Portals are based on where you saw a provider. Be sure to select the appropriate portal, especially when calling with questions about your bill.

  • Looking for records from your hospital stay or emergency room visit or for your lab or imaging results? Use the eRecord Portal.
  • Did you visit a Beebe Medical Group Provider (primary care, walk-in, specialty provider)? Use the Beebe Medical Group Portal.
  • Are you a patient of Beebe Oncology Services? Use the Cancer Care Portal.

Beebe Healthcare's Health eRecord Patient Portal

Beebe Healthcare eHealth Record

The Beebe Healthcare Health eRecord is to access records from Beebe Healthcare, including labs, imaging, and records from your stay in the hospital or visit to the Emergency Department. Access the eHealth Record here.

Don’t have an account or need help logging in? If you've had a recent overnight stay at Beebe, check your personal email for an invitation to your Beebe Health eRecord to create your account. If you haven’t received an invitation to your Health eRecord Portal yet, or if you are experiencing issues when logging in, please contact our HIM Department at (302) 645-3281. You can expect a response within 48 hours.

Self-enrollment is available for Beebe Healthcare patients who are age 18 or older that don't currently have access to HealtheLife, an online portal where you can view your medical information. Click here to start the self-enrollment process.

If you manage the health of a patient, talk to the patient's healthcare provider during the next visit to receive a personal invitation to Beebe Healthcare. Self-enrollment is not currently available to caregivers or guardians.

Can I share my patient portal access? Patient/Proxy access requires a Proxy Portal Access Form be completed and signed by the patient before proxy access is granted.


Beebe Medical Group Patient Portal

The Beebe Medical Group (BMG) Patient Portal is to access records from Beebe Medical Group offices like primary care (family medicine, internal medicine), and specialty offices (dermatology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, etc). View lab results, information from your Beebe Medical Group doctor, send secure messages to your doctor's office, and keep your personal information up-to-date. Beebe Medical Group offers full access to the electronic portal for parents/guardians of patients from birth up to the age of 12. Between the ages of 12 and 17, electronic portal access is unavailable to patients and parents/guardians of patients. Medical records may be obtained by completing the records request form. At the age of 18, full electronic portal access may be established by the adult patient.

Cancer Care Portal

Beebe Healthcare Cancer Care Patient Portal.
