Online Scheduling At Beebe

Beebe offers online scheduling for COVID-19 vaccines, COVID-19 testing, Walk-In Care, and for Virtual Visits (telemedicine).

If you are having chest pains or experiencing a life-threatening event, always call 911.

If you need to schedule a primary care or specialty care appointment, call 302-645-3332.

If you need to schedule a Lab, Imaging, or Pre-Surgery testing appointment, call 302-645-3278.

Schedule Your COVID-19 Vaccine or COVID-19 Testing

COVID-19 Vaccines: You can schedule your vaccine or simply walk in to any of our Beebe Walk-In Care locations. Click your preferred location below to schedule. If you received your first vaccine elsewhere, be sure to bring your vaccine card. For help with vaccination scheduling, call 302-645-3332.

Please note: All persons ages 12-17 must have consent and authorization to treat signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccine cannot be administered without signed paperwork. Beebe is administering the Pfizer vaccine, which is approved for ages 12 and older. COVID-19 Rapid Testing: Beebe offers COVID-19 rapid antigen testing at our Walk-In Care locations throughout Sussex County. Click your preferred location below to schedule.

Reserve Your Walk-In Spot

Keep in mind, you are Reserving a Spot. This is not a traditional appointment. However, we will do our best to see you as close to your given time as possible. Once you reserve your spot at the location you desire, you can expect to receive a text message with additional information. This is for non-emergency appointments.

Walk-Ins at our Beebe Walk-In Care locations are always welcome - you do not need an appointment to walk in!

To reserve your spot for a Beebe Walk-In Care location, select the location you prefer below. Have your insurance card ready as the system will ask for that information. If you do not have insurance, please type N/A in the insurance field in the pop-up window. Once you complete the scheduling process, you will receive a text message with a link to a pre-registration form. When you arrive to your reserved spot, please be sure to have a photo ID and insurance card, if applicable.

Schedule Virtual Visit (Telemedicine)

Beebe Medical Group Walk-In Care is now offering telemedicine appointments or virtual visits. Using this technology, you can schedule a video appointment with one of our experienced, compassionate providers. With virtual visits, you can book anytime from anywhere, whether that’s evening hours from a laptop or on-the-go from a mobile device. Choosing from our available slots, you can pick a time that works best for you. We urge you to not delay important medical care.

When is it appropriate to schedule a virtual visit?

Insect bites/stings
Asthma attacks (wheezing)
Back or neck pain
Other pain (excluding Chest pain/angina)
URI or bronchitis
Burns (minor)
Cold sores
Cough and Cold (without worsening SOB from baseline)
COVID exposure or symptoms (excluding CP or SOB)
Nausea/ Vomiting/Diarrhea
Fever (mild)
Flu like illness (mild)
Sore throat/ laryngitis
Conjunctivitis/pink eye
Skin infections (mild)
Sinus infections
Sprains or strains (mild)
Urinary symptoms (incontinence, frequency, etc )
Urinary tract infection (may need urine sample)
Vaginal pain (no bleeding or discharge or pap with pelvic)
Minor injuries (no lacerations or open wounds)
