Schedule your COVID-19 Test, Pfizer Vaccine or Pfizer Booster
COVID-19 Testing: Beebe offers COVID-19 rapid antigen and PCR (polymerase chain reaction) testing at the locations below. Your clinician will determine which test best fits your needs based on your symptoms. If you are not able to find an appointment that best meets your needs, please try contacting your primary care provider as many are offering testing by appointment. Learn more about testing options.
COVID-19 Vaccines: Beebe is currently offering vaccines to those ages 12 and older and holding pediatric events separate. Looking for pediatric vaccine event? More here. Remember to bring your vaccine card.
Booster doses: The CDC is recommending booster doses for specific individuals who have received Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson. The CDC has also said individuals may receive any of the three vaccines as a booster dose. For example, a series of two Moderna, and then a Pfizer booster. Beebe is currently only offering Pfizer boosters.
These services are available Monday - Thursday and you may schedule up to three days in advance.

Please note: All persons ages 12-17 must have consent and authorization to treat signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. A vaccine cannot be administered without signed paperwork. Beebe is administering the Pfizer vaccine, which is approved for ages 12 and older. Keep in mind, you are preregistering for a spot. This is not a traditional appointment. However, we will do our best to see you as close to your given time as possible. Once you preregister for the spot at the location you desire, you can expect to receive a text message with additional information. Walk-Ins at our Walk-In Care centers are always welcome! This is for non-emergency illnesses.
To preregister, select the location you prefer below. You may preregister up to five days in advance. Have your insurance card ready as the system will ask for that information. If you do not have insurance, please type N/A in the insurance field in the pop-up window. Once you complete the process, you will receive a text message with a link to a pre-registration form. When you arrive, please be sure to have a photo ID and insurance card, if applicable.

Beebe Walk-In Care is now offering telemedicine appointments or virtual visits. Using this technology, you can schedule a video appointment with one of our experienced, compassionate providers. With virtual visits, you can book anytime from anywhere, whether that’s evening hours from a laptop or on-the-go from a mobile device. Choosing from our available slots, you can pick a time that works best for you. We urge you to not delay important medical care.

Back or neck pain
Other pain (excluding Chest pain/angina)
URI or bronchitis
Cough and Cold (without worsening SOB from baseline)
COVID exposure or symptoms (excluding CP or SOB)
Flu like illness (mild)
Sore throat/ laryngitis
Skin infections (mild)
Sprains or strains (mild)
Urinary symptoms (incontinence, frequency, etc )
Urinary tract infection (may need urine sample)
Vaginal pain (no bleeding or discharge or pap with pelvic)
Minor injuries (no lacerations or open wounds)
