When can I start using it?
- Now! All new visits on or after November 1 will be managed in MyChart.
- You can get an activation code at your next appointment for quick login, OR
- Download the app, verify some personal and financial details to ensure it's you, and sign up on your own.

After your appointment, you’ll receive an email or text with a personal sign-up link. Just click the link and follow the instructions.
Sign Up Online Without a Code
Don’t have a link? No problem. You can verify your identity and create an account anytime.
Ask Us In Person
During check-in or checkout, our team can help you sign up and get started — just ask!
Tip: You only need to sign up once. After that, you can log in from any device, anytime.

Need to pay a bill? Choose based on your visit date:
Before November 1, 2025:
Use the billing portal listed on your statement.
Your bill will list which system to use. Need help? Call our Billing Department at 302-645-3546.
Please note: In order to better align with our industry's best practice, BMG outpatient offices will be going cashless on March 1, 2026. Going cashless leads to enhanced security, improved convenience and financial transparency, and faster processing. After February 1, payment options are:
- Credit, debit or HSA/FSA card
- My Chart online portal or app
- In person at the Cashier's Window at the Main Hospital on Margaret H. Rollins Lewes Campus, 424 Savannah Road, Lewes
