About MyChart

MyChart is a secure online portal that gives you easy access to your health information. Through MyChart, you can view your medical records, schedule appointments, pay bills, and communicate with your care team, all from one convenient place.

Yes. MyChart uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your personal health information and ensure that only you and your authorized care team can access your data.

No. MyChart is provided as a free service to all patients.

Account Setup and Access

MyChart will launch on November 1, 2025.

You can sign up in one of three ways starting November 1:

1.Use your personal activation link, which you can find in your post-visit summary
2. Sign up online by verifying your identity
3.Ask for assistance during your next visit at check-in or checkout

If you forget your username or password, you can use the “Forgot username” or “Forgot password” links on the MyChart login page to recover your information securely.

Yes. MyChart is accessible from any internet-connected device, including smartphones and tablets. You can also download the MyChart mobile app from your device’s app store.

If your family member is a Beebe patient, you may be able to view their health information through proxy access. Patients can invite a family member to access their information by visiting the “Friends and Family Access” page in their MyChart account. Please note that Delaware state law mandates that proxy access for children and teenagers must be set up in person at your provider's office.

Using MyChart

With MyChart, you can:

  • View your medical records and test results
  • Schedule appointments for select services
  • Pay bills for visits on or after November 1, 2025
  • Message your care team securely
  • Manage your account from any device at any time

Yes. MyChart allows you to link your account to other health systems that use MyChart, giving you a comprehensive view of your health information in one place.

You can schedule certain appointments directly through MyChart. For services not yet available in MyChart, see our scheduling page.

Bills for visits on or after November 1, 2025, can be paid securely through MyChart. For bills dated before that, continue using the billing portal specified on your statement.
