Charlene Larrimore, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Beebe Healthcare. She promotes the importance of seeing a primary care provider on a regular basis and is especially focused on preventive care, in partnership with her patients. Patients see Charlene for routine check-ups, vaccinations, counseling, and management of clinical oversight of chronic medical issues. She is committed to providing comprehensive care for each patient, in line with their personal medical history and wellness goals. Charlene provides care for both adults and children.

Education, Training, and Credentialing

Charlene earned an Associate of Science in Nursing at Delaware Technical and Community College, then continued her education at Wilmington University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing followed by a Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Earlier Work Experiences

Charlene has a diverse clinical background, with more than a decade of experience working in both pediatric and adult medicine settings. Before transitioning into her current primary care role, Charlene worked as a registered nurse on Beebe’s Women’s Health Unit, and before that, on the Medical-Surgical Unit. 

Personal Notes

Charlene is married and has three children. In her free time, she enjoys any opportunity to be creative – from cooking and baking specialty cakes to crafting. She especially loves working on projects that require focus on the small details that matter, and that give her a chance to create special memories with her family.
