Christopher Miller, MSN, APRN, ACNPC-AG, is a nurse practitioner at Beebe Healthcare. He works as part of the hospitalist team, providing care for patients who have been admitted to the hospital for various acute and chronic medical conditions. Christopher has a specialized interest in caring for the geriatric population.
Education, Training, and Credentialing
Christopher earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Prior to that, he graduated from Wilmington University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and from the Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing at Beebe Healthcare, where he earned a Nursing Diploma. Christopher is board certified by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses as an Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
Earlier Work Experiences
Christopher has devoted his career to Beebe, working in various roles and with service to diverse patient populations over the years. He originally joined the hospital as a nurse extern/certified nursing assistant in 2016, then transitioned to the Invasive Cardiology/Cath Lab. In 2020, Christopher began working as a charge nurse in the Intensive Care and Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Units – a job he held as he pursued his nurse practitioner degree. He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, the Delaware Nurses Association, and the Beebe Alumni Association.
Personal Notes
Christopher was born at Beebe and is a proud lifelong resident of Sussex County. He appreciates the opportunity he has to serve his friends and neighbors, and build his career in the community he has always called home. Outside of work, Christopher enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, and baking.
