Gracie Chaires, PA-C, is a physician assistant at Beebe Healthcare. Working in the primary care setting, she treats patients age seven and older who are experiencing a wide range of acute and chronic health issues. Gracie is passionate about preventive medicine and promotes the importance of seeing a trusted clinical provider on a regular basis as well as scheduling recommended health screenings, based on age and personal medical history. She takes time to educate her patients and engages them in ways that allows them to make well-informed decisions about their health.

Education, Training, and Credentialing

Gracie is a graduate of the Penn State College of Medicine, where she earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Lock Haven University, also located in Pennsylvania.

Earlier Work Experiences

While pursuing her education, Gracie gained experience in many facets of patient care through a series of clinical rotations at Penn State Health. Her training exposed her to family medicine, OB/GYN care, pediatrics, palliative care, emergency medicine, internal medicine, general surgery, radiation oncology, and behavioral health. Previously, she worked as a physical therapy technician.

Personal Notes

Gracie has visited Sussex County for fun times with her family throughout her life, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to work in and serve the community she has grown to love. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors with her goldendoodle, Danni, and spending quality time with friends and family.
