ABOUT THE PROVIDER
Dr. Romelus earned her medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and joined Beebe’s Family Medicine Residency in July 2026. Her vision is to work with patients and their families to deliver personalized, outcomes-centric care, while also leveraging her public health knowledge to address structural, social, and environmental issues that adversely impact community health.
As a resident physician at Beebe, Dr. Romelus cares for patients of all ages – from infants to the elderly, with a specialized focus on preventive medicine. She is grateful for the opportunity to be part of a residency program that offers strong and supportive leadership as well as access to the latest medical technologies. Dr. Romelus is also eager to incorporate public health initiatives into her training experience, to make a positive impact in areas that have been traditionally underserved. She is committed to understanding and bridging gaps in healthcare.
“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of a cure, and that is why I am focusing on family medicine,” said Dr. Romelus. “As I am refining my clinical and procedural skills, I also want to give back to the community in ways that can improve people’s everyday lives.”
Dr. Romelus speaks English and Haitian Creole, and understands French.
