ABOUT THE PROVIDER
Dr. Butch joined Beebe’s Transitional Year Residency in July 2026 after graduating from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Transitional Year Residency programs give new physicians an opportunity to gain experience practicing in a wide range of clinical areas – from internal medicine and emergency medicine to surgery and various other medical specialties.
Dr. Butch sees patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings at Beebe, giving her the opportunity to build a solid foundation in general medicine that will guide decisions about which specialized area of medicine she will ultimately pursue for her career as a physician. Ultimately, she hopes to work in women’s health with opportunities to provide care for members of underserved populations. A native of Sussex County, Dr. Butch feels it is important to give back to the community she has always called home and is proud to have that opportunity as a transitional year resident physician at Beebe.
“When completing a clinical rotation at Beebe during my time as a medical school student, I witnessed firsthand just how supportive, patient-focused, and team-oriented this team is,” said Dr. Butch. “Coming here for my residency training was the best thing I could have hoped for.”
