Kristin D. Braun, LPCMH, NCC, CADC, C-DBT

Professionally, Kristin earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2015 from Wilmington University in Dover, Delaware. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) in the state of Delaware as well as Virginia and Massachusetts. Kristin is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). She has been a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC) since 2015. Additionally, Kristin holds a Certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT).  Kristin has been working with co-occurring, Substance Use and Mental Health, disorders since starting her career in 2011. She has extensive experience in working in Medicated- Assisted Treatment (MAT) facilities in Delaware and Virginia. She has experience in being an Intensive Outpatient Coordinator (IOP); facilitating IOP group therapy sessions weekly. Kristin became a Clinical Supervisor of an outpatient substance abuse treatment facility with roughly 800 active patients, in 2020.  Kristin has worked in private practice doing therapy via Telemed since 2020. She has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults with various mental health diagnosis’ including Borderline Personality Disorder.

Personally, Kristin enjoys traveling, running, reading, and doing anything to make her two yellow labradors, Charlie & Parker, happy.
