L. Jane Rones, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner at Beebe Healthcare who provides comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan. She has a strong interest in preventive medicine and is passionate about helping patients maintain their health while avoiding serious medical complications and hospitalization. Jane also specializes in managing chronic health conditions, offering ongoing support, education, and coordination of care, including referrals to specialty providers when needed. In addition to treating acute and chronic illnesses, she is dedicated to empowering patients through education and compassionate care. Jane values Beebe’s commitment to high-quality, community-focused healthcare and is proud to contribute her skills, dedication, and enthusiasm to an organization where collaboration and exceptional patient experiences are central to its mission.

Education, Training, and Credentialing

Jane earned her Bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University and her Master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University. She is registered by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and is certified in both Basic and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support by the American Heart Association.

Earlier Work Experiences

Prior to joining Beebe Healthcare, Jane worked for TidalHealth in Salisbury, where she served for 12 years as a nurse on the Med-Surg and Critical Care units. It was during this time that she recognized the importance of preventive medicine, and her passion for guiding patients toward better health and wellness was sparked.

Personal Notes

Outside of work, Jane enjoys spending quality time with her family. They thoroughly enjoy being outdoors - whether it’s to relax on the beach, explore local trails with their dog, or go camping. They are always planning their next family adventure!
