Mia Focht, PA-C, is a physician assistant who supports the delivery and advancement of primary care services. She treats patients with acute health issues as well as chronic diseases. A key clinical priority for Mia is helping patients achieve good health and overall well-being, through scheduling annual physicals and preventive screenings that recommended, based on age, gender, personal and family medical history, and lifestyle. Mia cares for both children and adults. She is passionate about working with families.

Education, Training, and Credentialing
Mia holds a Master of Physician Assistance Science degree from Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania. There, she also earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, with a minor in healthcare management.

Earlier Work Experiences
While pursuing her education, Mia gained clinical experience in a wide range of medical specialties, including women’s health, pediatrics, wound care, cardiology, emergency medicine, surgery, behavioral medicine, internal medicine, and family practice. Additionally, she gained leadership experience through active membership in the Physician Assistant Student Society and Delta Phi Epsilon.

Personal Notes
When she is not working, Mia enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends. She also enjoys traveling, reading, baking, being outdoors, and dining out.
