Michael J. DiClemente, MD, joined Beebe Healthcare’s medical staff in 2023. As a hospitalist, he collaborates with and supports Beebe’s OB/GYN team to provide comprehensive inpatient care for women.

Education, Training, and Credentialing
Dr. DiClemente earned his medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He went on to pursue a clinical internship focused on obstetrical and gynecological care at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, followed by residency training at the University of Massachusetts. Dr. DiClemente is a Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Earlier Work Experiences
Earlier in his career, Dr. DiClemente worked as a hospitalist at St. David’s South Austin Medical Center, and in tandem, served as a practitioner for Ascension Medical Group, Riverplace OB/GYN, Legacy Community Health Services, Austin Regional Clinic, and OB Hospitalist Group, all located in Texas. He worked for several other hospitals, healthcare systems, and OB/GYN practices in Texas throughout his 20-year career.

Dr. DiClemente also taught at the University of Texas Southwestern, and the University of Texas Medical Branch, where he served as an assistant professor.

Interests
In his free time, Dr. DiClemente enjoys landscaping and amateur farming at his home in Selbyville. He is married with four daughters and four grandchildren.
