ABOUT THE PROVIDER
Dr. Soda is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and a member of Beebe Healthcare’s inaugural class of Transitional Year Residents. She came into the program in July 2026, eager to build strong foundational skills that will be important over the course of her career as a physician. As a transitional year resident physician, Dr. Soda is eager to gain confidence in managing patients, strengthening her clinical decision-making skills, and continue improving her communication and teamwork skills.
Dr. Soda collaborates closely with Beebe’s multidisciplinary team of clinicians to safely and effectively diagnose and treat patients, while also prioritizing empathetic and compassionate care. She identified Beebe as an ideal destination for clinical training during her time as a medical school student.
“I did a clinical rotation at Beebe during my third year of medical school, and I always hoped I would have the chance to come back,” said Dr. Soda. “I learned so much here and felt genuinely supported by the physicians and staff. I know from that experience that this is an environment where I can continue growing.”
Transitional Year Residency programs give new physicians an opportunity to gain experience practicing in a wide range of clinical areas – from internal medicine and emergency medicine to surgery and various other medical specialties. Long-term, Dr. Soda plans to concentrate on Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), with a goal to help patients regain functionality and independence after experiencing debilitating illnesses and injuries. She has specialized interest in musculoskeletal medicine, treatment of spinal cord injuries, and pain management.
