Susan Dunlap, MS, RDN, LDN

Susan Dunlap, MS, RDN, LDN, LSSBB, is a Registered Dietitian at the Beebe Center for Weight Loss Surgery. She provides nutritional care, support, and counseling for patients as they pursue, undergo, and recover from surgical weight loss procedures. Susan works collaboratively with Beebe’s bariatric team to provide every individual with a truly comprehensive, patient-centered care experience.

Education, Training, and Credentialing
Susan earned a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Medicine & Dentistry at the Rutgers School of Health-Related Professions, located in Stratford, New Jersey. She is also a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources.

Earlier Work Experiences
Prior to joining the Beebe Center for Weight Loss Surgery, Susan served as the Clinical Nutrition Manager for Metz Culinary Management at Bayhealth, where she was responsible for overseeing the clinical nutrition program and providing nutrition care for weight loss surgery patients.  Susan has more than 20 years of experience caring for adult and pediatric patients in hospital and ambulatory care settings.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys traveling and meeting new people, and she loves the beach.
