Vlad Sirbu, DO

Dr. Sirbu graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His ultimate goal is to become an anesthesiologist with focus on either cardiothoracic or critical care medicine, with opportunities to be actively involved in teaching and medical education. Dr. Sirbu is part of Beebe Healthcare’s first cohort of Transition Year resident physicians; a program that launched in 2026. The Transitional Year residency gives new physicians an opportunity to gain experience practicing in a wide range of clinical areas – from internal medicine and emergency medicine to surgery and various other medical specialties.

Dr. Sirbu believes he can learn something new that will help him grow as a physician from every patient encounter. He also believes he has landed in the right place with the opportunity to complete residency training at Beebe.

“I wanted to be in an environment where people genuinely care about your growth and are committed to the success of the program. These commitments were clear when I interviewed at Beebe,” said Dr. Sirbu. “I am excited to be here, and for the camaraderie, friendships, and memorable experiences I will have along the way.”

Dr. Sirbu is fluent in English and Romanian, and is currently working on improving his Spanish language skills.
