Zehra Cakil, MD

Dr. Cakil earned her medical degree at Saglik Bilimleri Universitesi Gulhane Tip Fakultesi in Turkiye. Upon graduation, she joined Beebe Healthcare’s Family Medicine Residency to continue her clinical training, with focus on the development of the skills needed to practice full-spectrum family medicine. Dr. Cakil evaluates and treats patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and is personally committed to the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based care. She has specialized interest in geriatrics, public health, and preventive care.

For Dr. Cakil, residency training provides a unique opportunity to challenge herself, develop new clinical skills, build long-term relationships with patients, and work alongside an experienced team of physicians who are committed to providing invaluable support and mentorship.

“Beebe felt like the right fit for me from the very beginning,” said Dr. Cakil. “Everyone I met during my interview process was welcoming and supportive. I also enjoy being part of a community-based care setting and having an opportunity to see a diverse patient population.”

Dr. Cakil speaks English and Turkish, her native language.
