Beebe Healthcare Awards Justen Albright with L.O.V.E. Letter Award
Beebe Healthcare is proud to recognize Justen Albright as a recipient of the Living Our Values Every Day (L.O.V.E.) Letter Award.
Justen Albright, a Financial Analyst for the Beebe Medical Foundation, was awarded this recognition for helping to plan a successful fundraiser for Beebe’s Go Purple Fund.
“Justen stepped way outside of his comfort zone a couple of years ago when I asked him to create a Young Professionals group with me,” wrote Amy Popovich, Event Coordinator for the Beebe Medical Foundation, who submitted the nomination letter. “He jumped right in though and hosted two happy hour events where we brought together young professionals in our community.”
“Our Young Professionals group ultimately decided they wanted to host a semi-formal gala to raise money for Beebe’s Go Purple Fund, fighting the opioid epidemic,” Amy continued. “Justen and I sat down to brainstorm and came up with Celebrity Bartending.”
“We worked closely together to raise over $46,000 for Beebe’s Go Purple Fund, which will fight the opioid epidemic right here in Sussex County,” wrote Amy. “Thank you, Justen, for being my partner on this one,” Amy said. “You could have easily told me that this wasn’t the role of a Financial Analyst, but you stepped up in a big way. You have made a difference in changing and saving lives! You truly represent Beebe’s values!”
Through his efforts, Justen has demonstrated many of the Beebe values, including “achieve amazing accomplishments through exceptional teamwork,” and “act with passion and love for others to make a difference.” Thank you for all you do, Justen!

Beebe Healthcare’s L.O.V.E. Letter Recognition Program is similar to an employee of the month program. Team members are encouraged to send L.O.V.E. notes to other team members during the course of the month. A committee then evaluates the L.O.V.E. notes and selects one to receive the monthly L.O.V.E. Letter. Winners are announced in a surprise ceremony in which the committee visits the winner in his or her department and presents the award.
