Theme: The Stroke Journey: Evidence to Action
This year's summit will bring together stroke survivors, caregivers, community members, clinicians, and healthcare professionals for a unique look at the stroke journey, from emergency response through recovery and life beyond hospitalization.
Highlights include:
- Interactive panel discussions featuring clinical experts and stroke survivors
- Topics covering the first 24 hours of stroke care, the hospital experience, rehabilitation, behavioral health, caregiving, and ongoing recovery
- Complimentary health screenings
- Networking opportunities, breakfast, and light refreshments
Attendance is free for all participants. Registration will open soon, and attendees will be asked to register as either a community participant or clinician.
