How Can We Help You?
Should I Get Vaccinated?
Beebe Healthcare is offering the vaccine to all our team members because we see the evidence that the vaccine is safe and effective.
Everyone eligible for the vaccine should consider vaccination during this public health crisis. The more that are vaccinated, the closer the country comes to herd immunity, which is when enough of the population is vaccinated and the virus cannot spread.
You should consult your physician before receiving the vaccine if you:
- have any allergies
- have a fever
- have a bleeding disorder or are on a blood thinner
- are immunocompromised or are on a medicine that affects your immune system.
If you have additional questions, you can call the state COVID-19 Vaccine Call Center: 302-672-6150 or email questions to: [email protected].
Vaccination Forms
Anyone coming into a Beebe location for a COVID-19 vaccination is welcome to download these forms, fill them out, and bring them to the appointment or walk-in. All persons under the age of 18 must have consent and authorization to treat signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. A vaccine cannot be administered without signed paperwork.
