Carlos Neves, MD, is a board-certified vascular surgeon who is part of Beebe Healthcare’s Medical Staff. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of carotid artery disease, aneurysms, varicose veins, spider veins, lower extremity arterial disease, venous disease, and pelvic congestion syndrome. Dr. Neves has been practicing in Lewes since 2015 and is part of the Vascular Surgeons of Southern Delaware practice.

Education, Training, and Credentialing

Dr. Neves pursued his education at Rutgers University and the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where he completed the Bachelor of Science / Medical Degree program over a period of seven years. He went on to complete an internship and residency training at Temple University, with focus on general surgery. To complete his clinical training, Dr. Neves pursued a two-year vascular surgery fellowship at Cooper University Hospital located in Camden, New Jersey.
