Ellen P. Albert, MD

Dr. Albert is a partner with Southern Delaware Imaging Associates and has worked at Beebe since 1998. She completed her medical education in 1990 at UMDNJ - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (also known as Rutgers Medical School) in New Jersey, graduating as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.  After an internal medicine internship, Dr. Albert completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill from 1991 to 1995 followed by a fellowship in nuclear medicine at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, from 1995 to 1996.  Dr. Albert worked as a diagnostic radiologist in Sanford, North Carolina, before moving to Delaware. She currently serves as Medical Director and Vice Chair of the Department of Diagnostic Imaging.
