Jordan Prouse, MSN, FNP-C, is a cardiology nurse practitioner at the Beebe Cardiovascular Institute. She provides comprehensive care for adult patients diagnosed with coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, chest pain, syncope, lipid disorders, and hypertension. Jordan is proud to work for Beebe in an advanced provider role, with the opportunity to collaborate closely with other clinical providers who specialize in advanced cardiac care. 

Education, Training, and Credentialing

Jordan is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her educational journey continued at Regis College, located in Massachusetts, where she completed a Master of Science in Nursing and earned credentialing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Jordan is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Earlier Work Experiences

Previously, Jordan worked for a private cardiovascular practice, and in tandem, she worked at Beebe as a float team nurse on a per-diem basis. Earlier in her career, she worked for Aya Healthcare as a travel cardiac care nurse, Fusion Medical staffing as an intermediate care nurse, and ChristianaCare as a cardiac step-down unit nurse.

Personal Notes

In her free time, Jordan loves spending quality time with family – especially her niece and nephews. She enjoys reading, traveling, and relaxing on the local beaches as much as possible.
