Kunwal Nasrullah, MD, is an internal medicine specialist who practices at Beebe Healthcare as a faculty member with the Internal Medicine Residency program – set to launch in 2026. Her clinical interests include minority health and the role of chronic stressors and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) in the development and progression of disease processes. As part of Beebe’s medical staff, Dr. Nasrullah serves as an academic hospitalist who treats those admitted to the hospital for complex illnesses, while also supervising the resident team and the clinical preceptor in the Family Medicine (and eventually Internal Medicine) resident clinic.

Education, Training, and Credentialing

Dr. Nasrullah graduated from the Boston University Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine, and completed her residency training in internal medicine at TidalHealth PRMC. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Earlier Work Experiences

While pursuing her education and training, Dr. Nasrullah was involved with various research and quality improvement projects, leading to opportunities for her to publish her work as well as present at industry conferences.

Personal Notes

Outside of work, Dr. Nasrullah enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her cat, as well as traveling, reading all genres of books, and trying new restaurants. She credits her parents for her ability to pursue a career in medicine and will be forever grateful for their support. She is the first person in her family to graduate from college and pursue a career in medicine. In addition to English, Dr. Nasrullah is fluent in Punjabi and speaks conversational Urdu, Hindi, and Spanish.
