What is BeebeCare Link?

BeebeCare Link is a secure, no-cost portal that allows community providers and their staff to view real-time patient data, including lab results, visit notes, and discharge summaries, without needing full access to Beebe's EHR.

How to request access

1. Sign and email the Site Agreement Email the signed site agreement to [email protected].We store it and match it to your request.
2. Submit RequestFill out the online Account Request form with your practice info and agreement. Be sure to validate your email address when prompted.We begin processing your application.
3. Get approved and set upOnce approved, your Site Administrator will receive login credentials. Save your confirmation email — it includes your reference number.You can begin adding users at your site.

Approval typically takes 2-3 weeks once all your application materials are received.

Site Administrator Responsibilities

Each practice/organization must designate a Site Administrator who is responsible for:

  • Creating and managing all user accounts
  • Verifying that each user has a legitimate need for access
  • Immediately terminating access when a user no longer needs it or leaves the organization

This ensures access is secure, appropriate, and HIPAA-compliant.

No. BeebeCare Link is provided free of charge.

Once submitted, practice-level activation typically takes 2–3 weeks. Your office Site Administrator can then create user accounts for staff and clinicians.

No formal training is required. Users are guided via on-screen tips, videos, and quick start guides.

Yes. You must sign the Site Agreement, agree to confidentiality, never share credentials, and comply with HIPAA and institutional privacy policies. All use is audited.
