Continuity in care is important to all patients. Our Continuity Clinics will be located at The Lodge at Historic Lewes and Beebe Coordinated Care Clinic. In these clinics, under the supervision of our faculty physicians, resident physicians will develop an ambulatory patient panel of their own. These patients will view the resident physician as their primary care provider, and the resident physician will direct and manage their care for the duration of the program.
We highly value the Continuity Clinic experience for resident physicians and their patients. It both challenges and rewards each resident physician through a complex array of medical issues while serving a culturally diverse population. With access to a superb group of subspecialties who provide consultation, as well as resident physician teaching, we are providing high-quality, evidenced-based care that is patient centric.
