Scheduling An Appointment

All Lab, Imaging, Cardiac testing orders now require appointments. This allows us to schedule you at a location convenient to you and also allows us to space out patients to provide a more efficient, streamlined approach that keeps you and our team safe.

Prior to arriving and with your physician's order, call 302-645-3278 to schedule your appointment.

When you arrive to your scheduled appointment, please bring your cell phone and give your number to the greeter. We will text you when registration is ready for you. You will receive another text with the lab or imaging area is ready for you. And, if you prefer to wait in your car after registration, that works too because we can text you when it is time for your appointment.

Beebe Scheduling is offering extended hours:

  • Mon. – Wed., 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Thurs. and Fri., 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sat. and Sun., 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Paying A Bill

We understand navigating patient bills can be difficult. We hope you find the information you are looking for in this section of the website, however if you need to speak to a Patient Financial Services representative, we are also available by phone: 302-645-3546.

Your Medical Records & Your Rights

As a patient of Beebe Healthcare, you have certain rights and responsibilities. In addition, you can access your medical records at any time by contacting Health Information Management: 302-645-3281. You can also talk to this department if you need help accessing your Patient Portals.
