Just As I Am: One Breath At A Time
Mindfulness meditation practice is a practice of paying attention with non-judgmental awareness. It’s simply noticing what’s happening, one breath at a time. This moment, what happens when you rest your attention onto your breath? What do you notice as you feel each inhalation and exhalation? And can the experience be enough?
As we continue to practice paying attention we discover that the greatest teacher is the experience itself. I will expand more on this in my next blog. Until then, I invite to keep explore and give yourself permission to live fully… one breath at a time.
