3 Ways to Quiet Your Brain

When mental noise gets overwhelming, here are some ways to keep calm and think clearly.

If your brain feels scrambled, try counting backwards. In a few moments, with a deep breath, the stress and noise can dissipate. 

 

Eliminate the noise
Try out noise-canceling headphones. Find an audiobook, a podcast, music, or some soothing sounds and listen with your eyes shut 
for 30 minutes a day.

 

Disconnect
Social media is great for keeping up with friends and family, but it can also stress you out! Try unplugging and enjoying a good book instead.
