We start our recruitment season as soon as ERAS opens. The program reviews the ERAS applications holistically. We extend interviews on a rolling basis. We typically interview on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. depending on the week. Interviews generally end around the first 2 weeks of January.

We will be hosting one virtual Second Look. In-person Second Looks will be scheduled on a case-by-case basis, subject to scheduling availability. If you are interested in checking us out after our interview season, please email to our program coordinator Regina Batson as soon as possible. We will submit our programs rank order list prior to any applicant coming in for a Second Look. This will foster and allow the applicant to have the opportunity to take a holistic approach looking at our program and hope to aid in their decision in moving us up on their rank list!

Beebe encourages residents to participate in research and quality improvement initiatives. Several of our current residents have presented at local and national conferences.
