Dr. Barry is a graduate of the Shenandoah University Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy, located in Winchester, Virginia. Upon graduation, she joined Beebe Healthcare’s PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in July 2026 - the program’s inaugural year. Dr. Barry collaborates with physicians and clinicians across all areas of the hospital to provide pharmacotherapeutic recommendations, medication management services, and direct patient care support. As a pharmacy resident, her goal is to gain experience that will strengthen her clinical judgement skills as a member of Beebe’s multidisciplinary healthcare team. Dr. Barry’s long-term career goal is to work as a pharmacist in a clinical inpatient setting. Dr. Barry is confident that her residency experience at Beebe will allow her to diversify her skill set while becoming a more confident and well-rounded pharmacist.
“I am excited to experience different specialty rotations and identify the clinical care settings that are the best fit for me,” said Dr. Barry. “I am also eager to learn more about the direct impact pharmacy services can have on patient care.”
Dr. Scibek is from Chester County, Pennsylvania. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. Dr. Scibek is excited to be a member of Beebe Healthcare’s inaugural PGY1 Pharmacy Residency class. She hopes to contribute to the expansion of pharmacy services in a rural community that holds special significance, as she spent many summers in the area growing up. Through her residency training, she looks forward to gaining experience in both inpatient and ambulatory care settings while further exploring her professional interests and developing her career goals. “As a pharmacy resident, I hope to become more confident in my clinical decision-making skills and also contribute to interdisciplinary care,” said Dr. Scibek. “During my interview at Beebe, everyone was so nice and seemed easy to work with. I was excited to join this team and move to this area.”
Outside of pharmacy, Dr. Scibek enjoys rock climbing, trying new restaurants, and staying active. She is a rated fencer and is currently training for her next half-marathon.
